The whole thing looks a little plain. There isn't much of a statement coming from this article. What impact are you trying to create and how can you go about creating it?
I suggest you take new photographs as soon as you possibly can. Consider where they are going to be, what they are going to represent about both the magazine and the artists in them. Don't have straggly hair which makes lives difficult if you are trying to cut out around them.
